$75/month for two classes per week
$150/month for unlimited classes

Terms/Conditions
Boston Kung Fu Tai Chi Kickboxing (BKFTC) reserves the right to dismiss any student due to misconduct, failure to follow rules or policies, disruptive behavior, or any other violation of BKFTC policy. I agree to join the course checked above and all the terms and conditions set forth. I understand that my agreement cannot be canceled during its term. All classes must be paid in advance. There are no makeup classes or refunds or cancellations. I understand that I am liable for the entire course fee.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY IN CASE OF INJURY
In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators release and discharge Li Grant Inc. DBA Boston Kung Fu Tai Chi Kickboxing and/or its departments, officers, agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns and against any participants for any and all damages which may be sustained by me in connection with association with or entry in the athletic meet or any which may arise out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from said event.
