A popular contact sport in China, San Shou (Chinese Kick Boxing) combines all the basic elements of combat, punching, kicking and throwing at close and long range. At the primary level, practitioners learn fundamental techniques and bagwork to develop body coordination and conditioning.

As practitioners progress to intermediate level, they learn through experience by interacting with sparring partners to develop timing, reaction coordination and intuition. This program is based on the training methods used to train professional fighters in China.

San Shou training will help practioners develop self-confidence and practical self-defense skills.
